Все решил, тема закрыта:)

Проблема была в анти-чите(nex-ac)

SAMP 0.3.7 в CRMP 0.3e? Много функций , которые не поддерживаются в крмп 0.3е

@keyl1337 Я прекрасно понимаю что эти функции не используются, просто не могу понять где и как они используются т.к в моде их нету.

Они могут использоваться в incude? или где-то еще?
